Boutique Helsinki is the sister hotel to hotel Helsinki House. Hotel Helsinki House is a family run business that has charmed tourists from all over the globe and its success has allowed us to create a new and exciting space, Boutique Helsinki. Boutique Helsinki has kept the traditional design of Jaisalmer's hand-carved sandstone facades with beautiful modern interiors featuring local Indian marble. We are situated in a hotel precinct away from the hustle and bustle of the town but remain only a short walk to Jaisalmer Fort and the marketplace. This allows our guests to enjoy the picturesque views of Jaisalmer fort and the desert landscape in a peaceful setting. Our rooms are beautifully designed to provide a luxurious stay that captures the magic of India. The reference to "Helsinki" is a tribute to the city that gave Ali Khan (the owner) the opportunity to turn his childhood dream into a reality. Ali Khan was born in a small village town 30km outside of Jaisalmer. He arrived in Jaisalmer at the age of 7, to work for an uncle. This is a true rag to riches story of a desert boy who dreamed of one day building a hotel and through many years of hard work, a little bit of luck and a whole lot of charm, his vision became a reality.
